What to bring with you

WHAT TO BRING

•           Surfboards are a must!
•           Wax – Make sure its tropical or base-coat and look to bring 2-3 packs for a 9/10 day trip.
•           At least two, preferably three leashes. We suggest 7 mm thickness or more to be safe.
•           Towels.
•           High quality, waterproof sunscreen is a necessity since we’re in the sun most of the day and the sun is harsh in this part of the world.
•           Wetsuits are necessary however, some guests opt to bring one as either sun protection or a bit of padding should you hit the reef.
•           Mosquito repellent.
•           Fishing and spearfishing equipment if you want to use your own.
•           A raincoat is useful on the rainy days.
•           Snacks – We provide food but if you have something you cannot live without, bring it along.
•           Original passport and a photocopy of your passport.
•           Cash for additional costs like beers, cokes and photos.
•           Finally, books, cards or anything else you do to occupy yourself during the downtime.

Please note – It is really important that you bring cash with you because there is no way to draw money on the island. Indonesian rupiah is the only currency accepted and can be acquired at either the Jakarta or Padang Airport where you will have access to ATM’s and currency exchange offices.
